Lakeisha also founded Chief of Minds Staffing, LLC, a staffing firm providing direct hire and temporary staffing and recruitment solutions, and Chief of Minds Insurance, LLC, providing group and individual business insurance, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Lakeisha holds a Master's in Business Administration, is a member of several professional organizations including, a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program and a School Board Member for IDEA Public Schools.
